Workplace Print Plans · Core
Four steps, about three minutes. You will end up with a tier, a size, an indicative monthly figure, and a plain statement of what would move it. Core is built for a single site of modest size, so this will check that first and tell you plainly if you are outside it rather than quoting you anyway.
Step one
Three questions. They decide whether Core is right for you, and you will see the reasoning rather than only the answer.
What is the loudest problem right now?
How many locations print?
Roughly how many people work there?
Step two
Two facts and a volume. If you do not know your volume, that is the normal answer and there is a path for it.
Count anything people send work to, including desktop units.
A rough sense is enough. This affects the rate, not the fit.
Monthly print volume
A recent invoice or meter reading is the usual source. Round numbers are fine.
Step three
A flat monthly rate with an included volume, so a heavy month does not rewrite it.
What that includes. Break/fix and preventive maintenance, SumnerOne Fleet Intelligence, next-business-day diagnostics, and your included volume. Secure configuration at setup and identity-verified print release are available on Core as add-ons. The full inclusions are published on the plans page, row by row, including what Core does not cover.
What would move it. Adding devices. A materially different color mix from the one above. Going past your included volume, which the Volume True-Up right-sizes at the 18 and 36-month checkpoints rather than surprising you monthly. And that is the list. If a number changes for a reason that is not on it, we got something wrong and will say so.
What would not move it. A heavy month. A quiet month. The rate is the rate, which is the entire point of pricing it flat.
Why we can hold that. SumnerOne finances its own agreements rather than passing them to a third-party bank, which is what makes room to right-size the rate at a checkpoint instead of telling you the paper will not allow it.
Want the thinking behind how service is measured before you go further? Keep Work Running is the model Core is built on.
Step four
This only changes what is worth doing next. There is no wrong answer.
Not this one
These boundaries are provisional. We are confirming exactly where Core stops against the same source as the published inclusions, so if you are close to a line it is worth a conversation rather than taking this page's word for it.
When you want a person
A human enters at three points and no earlier: checking the configuration against your actual fleet, signing, and installing. If you would rather have that conversation now, your answers come with you so you are not asked them twice.
And if you would rather sit with the figure for a while, nothing here expires and nobody follows up unless you ask.
