Workplace Print Plans

Print that keeps up when your work changes.

Every print environment drifts toward downtime, security gaps, or costs no one can explain. Workplace Print Plans hold the line with adaptable operations: one flat rate, service that scales with you, and security and cost governance you can add as you need them.

Why these plans exist

Most print programs aren't a train wreck. They're just never quite right.

They drift toward downtime, toward security gaps, or toward costs no one can explain. Nothing breaks badly enough to force a fix, so the drift just keeps costing you.

The fix is not a bigger contract. It is adaptable operations: a program that adjusts as your work, your risk, and your budget change. Reliability leads. Security and cost are the facets you build in as you need them.

The three plans

Core, Connected, Complete. Choose your depth of adaptable operations.

Every plan includes the reliable core. Moving up adds security, flexibility, and cost governance. Read the tiers as how much operational adaptability you build in, not as good, better, best.

What you actually buy

Everything included, by plan.

The same features, grouped the way a print program actually works: reliability, flexibility, security, and cost governance. Legend: ✓ included · Add-on available as an option · Not included. Some rows show the level of a feature by plan rather than a simple yes or no.

Feature Core Connected Complete
Baseline deployment hygiene (default credentials changed, firmware current)
What's this?

Before a printer goes live, we change the factory passwords and update its software, closing the easy doors attackers look for.

Why this holds up

The promises hold up because the commitments are ours to keep.

Reliability and cost are table stakes every vendor claims. Standing behind them is not. Two things let these plans keep their word.

We finance the agreement ourselves.
"Holding our own paper" is an industry phrase that simply means no outside bank owns the relationship once your equipment is in place. The flat rate and the Volume True-Up are ours to keep and adjust, not a third party's to renegotiate. That is what makes them real rather than aspirational.
We cover the fleet you already own.
Support is broad-OEM: we service the printers you already have, not only the brands we sell. That honest coverage is the service and reliability parallel to owning the paper.

How the agreement works

A 36-month base, with real checkpoints at 18 and 36 months.

No 60-month lock. At each checkpoint you get one combined review, so the plan keeps fitting as your print changes.

01
The Choice Point
Continue, refresh, or exit within a 90-day window at 18 and 36 months, so you are never stuck with equipment that stopped fitting.
02
The Volume True-Up
We right-size the rate to your actual volume, up or down. You pay for the print you do, not the print you projected.

Common questions

Questions worth asking any print partner.

Every plan includes the same reliable core: a flat monthly rate, break/fix and preventive maintenance, Fleet Intelligence, and the 18/36-month checkpoint. Connected adds IT-grade support, faster diagnostics, secure configuration, and an equipment performance commitment. Complete adds governance: identity-verified print release, an annual security checkup, a print-management platform, and cost governance you can defend to the board. Read the tiers as how much operational adaptability you build in.

You pay a flat monthly rate with an included volume. At the 18 and 36-month checkpoints, a Volume True-Up right-sizes the rate to your actual volume, up or down, so you pay for the print you do rather than the print you projected.

The agreement uses a roughly 36-month base term with checkpoints at 18 and 36 months, not a 60-month lock. Each checkpoint is one combined review: the Choice Point, where you continue, refresh, or exit within a 90-day window, and the Volume True-Up, where the rate is right-sized to actual volume.

Yes. SumnerOne holds its own paper, so the reliability and cost commitments in these plans are ours to keep rather than a third party's to renegotiate. It is the reason the adaptable-operations promises are real rather than aspirational.

Yes, in the Complete plan. Cost governance includes spend visibility, chargeback, cost by department or location, and defend-the-number reporting, so print becomes a managed operating line rather than an unexplained expense.

Find your plan

Let's match the plan to how your print actually runs.

Tell us where print drifts for you: downtime, security, or cost. We will map it to Core, Connected, or Complete and show you exactly what is included.
